Dracula scribe to hold master class
Screenwriter James V. Hart will headline the Tennessee Screenwriting Association’s 2019 Script-Com Screenwriting Conference, set for June 21 and 22.
Events kick off Friday evening with an optional buffet/mix and mingle with Hart prior to a screening of Bram Stoker’s Dracula at Full Moon Cineplex, 3445 Lebanon Pike, in Hermitage.
Then, Saturday, Hart will be the featured speaker at an all-day conference at Lipscomb University’s Shamblin Theater, 1 University Park Drive in Nashville. Hart will be joined Saturday by screenwriters and executives who will discuss how to get your idea to the page and the business side of the craft.
Admission is $50 and includes the Friday night screening and Saturday’s conference, plus a one-year membership in the Tennessee Screenwriting Association. Current TSA members pay just $40.
If you choose to attend the buffet/mix and mingle, cost is $15 at the door.

Friday, June 21
- 6 p.m. – Buffet dinner/mix and mingle with screenwriter James V. Hart. Admission: $15 at the door.
- 7 p.m. – Screening of Bram Stoker’s Dracula. Admission included with Script-Com purchase.

- 2:15 p.m. – James V. Hart Master Class
